How can baking biscuits ever be rapid? You normally must get a scale, then carefully measure out all the ingredients, caress the dough to ages, then cut out little cookies in your heart, moon and star shapes then wait another century'til they are baked.

NEVER EVER would I bake biscuits under these conditions. That is just how I roll. But I encounter those Banana Oatmeal Fitness Cookies (that's what I call them, anyhow.)

Okay, they don't taste exactly like the cookies you receive round Christmas time. Instead they're a bit more gooey and don't crumble at all.

But what largely convinced me was you can have them prepared in 25 minutes such as the baking time! No shit.

Probably the most surprising thing about the cookies is they involve only 2 ingredients! Yep that's right, and anybody can mix two components.

Though if you would like to make them even tastier and/or fitter you can pimp them up using some add ons like raisins, walnuts or cinnamon. That is up to you!

It seems more and more like a sales pitch (it is not -- nobody's gonna pay me if you consume them), however I have to mention one more amazing thing about those cookies.

They are tasty! Yep, once I had had the very first I finished the rest within one hour.

They are perfect for hiking excursions or other events where you need a quick pleasant bite on the move. Nowadays I keep these as a fast snack in my back pack.

It also has to be noted they're vegan. No eggs, no milk, no none of the typical cookie suspects. Just oats and peanuts.

First I wanted to call them"Fitness Cookies" -- because I think these will be the only really healthy cookies that have yet been made by humankind *.

Take oats such as. Not merely do they lower your cholesterol levels which in turn will help you prevent developing heart disease or diabetes, but in addition they energize you with good carbohydrates and nutrients to help keep you going for more during the day.

These nutrients comprise manganese, good for bone production and skin ethics in addition to magnesium -- important for energy generation to allow you to feel fuller

Much like bananas -- the favorite fruit among athletes -- not just cause they have an adequate quantity of good carbs but for being the big players in the potassium video game.
